More than 80% of businesses in the world have no employ. This is because people are afraid of doing proper business. Many people are self-employed which they call a business, but that's not true. Business is something else.  You cannot do the solopreneur thing even though some guy on Instagram rolling out with the Lambo. That's not a business. Now the question is what business really is? I am sure many of you are getting irritated with this. In this article, I am going to show you what is an actual business and how can you do the right things for your business.

I have a friend who claimed that he is doing an entrepreneur thing, one day I asked him I said hey dude how do you manage your employees to make the things work? He said, wait, what? I am the only one who is doing the work and there is no one else in the company. Then I said, but you claim that you are an entrepreneur? He said yes I am but I work for myself. I laugh in my mind for a second then I say, dude that's not what we called entrepreneurship. This is called self-employment. You don't what the actual meaning of a business. He said, then what we called a business? Then I explain to him what an actual business is and how it works. Like the way, I am telling you.

Let's Understand Business

Business is people in a company. Anybody knows any successful person that didn't have a bunch of employees. Anybody here knows any great company that had one employee, one flow of income, didn't use debt. Any successful person doesn't use debt. You see every great company use debt for eg;

• caterpillar                       $24.47 debt
• coca-cola                        $66.96 debt
• ford motor company      $99.88 debt

These are called Long Trem Debts. Every big company uses debt. And you also have to use debt. You gotta use debt to expand. You can't stay small and expect the world to know you, that's impossible.

The main thing in business is attention. You don't get attention today you have absolutely zero chance of being successful.
